Drawing a Teapot
To start this guide on how to draw a teapot, we will start with the teapot cover. You can start by drawing a small circle at the top of the teapot. Then you can extend two curved lines of this circle, and after drawing it, you can draw a border at the base of the lid.
Once this lid is over, you must draw two curved lines descending from the edge because they will form the beginning of the sides of their teapot. It is all for this step, so now you can go to guide step 2!
For the next part of this teapot drawing, we will outline the round body of the teapot. First, draw another thin border using two curved lines connecting the two lines you removed from the lid in the previous step.
Once this new edge is designed, the next thing we will do will be to draw two other curved lines besides the edge side. These lines will connect almost close to the bottom, but there will be a small left space near the right side of the base.
To continue this guide on drawing a teapot, we will draw the rest of the base of the teapot. Before drawing the base, we will add another decorative element to the teapot’s body. All you need to do is track two other curved lines from each other and extend throughout the width of the center of the teapot.
Then you will be ready to draw the rest of the base. To do this, draw a curved line from one side outside of the base to the other and then draw another under it. The reference image will show you how it should be, and when finished, we can go to step 4!

This teapot can be a little short and robust; therefore, we will draw the strap and the nozzle for this step. The handle goes to the left side of the teapot and should be quite easy to draw. All you need to do is draw a rounded line that gets on the side and then draw another.
Then you will be ready to draw the beak. It will be designed again with curved lines to create the extension nozzle on the right side and reach. Once the handle and nozzle are over, you will be ready to decorate this teapot in the next step.
You are now ready to add decoration and final details at this stage of our guide on how to draw a teapot. Our reference image used a very floral drawing for the teapot. Each flower in the body has a small circle in the center with some curved lines with clear points for each petal.
